Biodiesel concept description of distillery reconstruction

Using already existing apparatuses which are similar to biodiesel production instruments is a economically interesting way alternatively to huge plants. For this use distilleries are predestinated because these plants work in a similar process like the production of biodiesel and containers and apparatuses can be re-used. An additional advantage is the fact that infrastructure like buildings and energy supplies are already existing.

With this strategy small local plants can be established which are able to bing their product to the local markets with competitive prices. Not only the jobs in the distillery are safeguarded, also the products adding value is connected to the region. The same farmers that delivered potatoes to the distillery can produce the vegetable oil for the biodiesel production.
