Biomass plants

The rentability of a biogas plant stands and falls with the utilisation of the heat energyrepresenting two third of the energy output of a biogas plant. We developed a concept to utilize the heat energy in a biomass combustile conditioning plant.

Conditioning - characterisation - combustion

Presentation of Johannes Ketter at 12th Witzenhäuser Konferenz „ENERGIEWENDE Chancen für die Landwirtschaft" on 2nd december 2003

The intention of this biomass combustile conditioning plant is the production of acompetitive combustile. The processing of "waste"-biomass as municipal waste and not-fermentable crude fibers of biogas plants is attempted. These biogas plants often have problems with huge amounts of bush-, grass- and tree-cut which is too wet for a economical combustion and has to be composted withextraordinary operating expense. We process the woody material to a high-quality combustile. The input material should be already hacked and delivered by a low disposal fee.
