In cooperation with our joint-venture company UBF INNOVAS GmbH we run a technical center at our location in Munich-Freimann to operate R&D-projects and basic analytics.

Our scope of services includes among other things:

• Evaluation of gas production potentials by using batch tests according to DIN 38414 resp. VDI 4630
• Operation of tests for solid matter separation by centrifugation or sedimentation

As a special feature we have the possibility to operate long-run tests in our existing biogas reactor (200 Liter scale), if requested by the customer with daily analysis of pH value, DM and oDM plus biogas composition.

Depending on the task or target additional tests can be arranged:

• Intensive tests of substrate flows in the process cycle
• Treatment potential of digested substrate to evaluate the ability for process recycling
• Substrate cycle simulation for industrial scale plants
  

We already oparated several R&D projects together with various partners which were partly supported by several organisations.
